The four core skills of Focus, Agility, Coordination and Endurance are each divided into 4 modules. In total, there are 16 sub-modules which you go through step-by-step in order to develop your willpower, and then finally you get to the transformation-energy stage. The basic outline of the method is formulated in such a way that all people can use it, no matter what challenge they have. It is content neutral: anyone can use F.A.C.E., individually or collectively, privately or professionally.
