In collaboration with WHU, we are launching the English-language program “Competing Under Pressure – The Klitschko Leadership Program” in autumn 2026, delivered at the Düsseldorf campus. Across three intensive three-day modules, the program combines WHU’s academic excellence with the experience and high-performance principles of Dr. Wladimir Klitschko.
Participants will learn to act with confidence in highly complex situations or when setbacks arise—even in the face of continued uncertainty. With hands-on formats, case studies, and direct exchange with Dr. Wladimir Klitschko as well as WHU’s experts from business and sports—Professor Miriam Müthel, Professor Sascha Schmidt, and Professor Yuval Kalish—the program ensures immediate real-world impact.

CAS Change & Innovation Management, University of St. Gallen
In 2016, Dr. Wladimir Klitschko launched the further education course CAS Change & Innovation Management, Fundamentals of Self and Challenge Management, with the Institute for Customer Insight (ICI-HSG) at the University of St. Gallen. Together with the renowned Swiss university and experts in theory and practice, he has been preparing executives and managers for the professional and personal challenges of an increasingly complex and fast-paced world.
Participants attend a course comprising of four thematic blocks of four to five days. The University of St. Gallen offers a certified, scientific teaching course. In addition, experts from the Klitschko Ventures network share their practical know-how with participants.
